As a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in both India and Canada, Ashish has built a distinguished career grounded in versatility and strategic insight.
Ashish is highly experienced in immigration law, offering expert guidance on Permanent Residence, Work Permits, Study Permits, and visas. They have successfully represented clients before Federal Courts, particularly in challenging decisions made by Visa officers and Tribunals, showcasing their precision and effectiveness in complex immigration matters.
Their expertise also extends to administrative law, including Judicial Review proceedings, where they demonstrate a strong grasp of procedural law and effective advocacy.

NAMRATA UNNIKRISHNAN

Namrata is a seasoned dual-licensed lawyer with over 16 years of legal experience in both India and Ontario, Canada. She specializes in corporate law, with a strong focus on commercial technology contracts. Her expertise includes negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex agreements related to cloud computing, outsourcing, software licensing, and professional services.
As in-house counsel, Namrata has advised senior executives—including CEOs, CFOs, and Sales Heads—on strategic business initiatives, risk management, and legal compliance, earning a reputation as a trusted legal advisor in high-stakes environments.
Namrata also brings extensive experience in business and personal immigration law, handling matters such as Labour Market Impact Assessments, work permits, intra-company transfers, and Permanent Residence applications, including Express Entry and family sponsorships.
She has represented clients before Federal and Provincial Courts and Tribunals, demonstrating a well-rounded legal skill set and a commitment to client advocacy. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Namrata also serves as a licensed Notary Public.
